Studies

The Department of Anthropology offers a range of educational programmes at BA, MA and PhD level. 

Master programmes

We offer a Master programme taught in English: 

• MSc in Anthropology 

It is possible to tailer the programme to specialise in business and organisational anthropology or in anthropology of health.

Interdisciplinary master programmes

We are also part of two interdisciplinary master programmes:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Global Development
• Master of Science (MSc) in Social Data Science

The other full degree educational programmes at the department are only offered in Danish, although some courses are taught in English. 

Credit studies 

Credit courses (credit studies) are offered to students enrolled at the University of Copenhagen or at other Danish universities.

Exchange students 

Each semester at the Faculty of Social Sciences, including the Department of Anthropology, offers a variety of courses at BA and MA level for international exchange students. The courses are taught in English or another foreign language.
