EE Multimodal Seminar Series: EE Birthday Bash

Join us for a festive afternoon in celebration of Ethnographic Exploratory’s birthday!

Colorful punch and snacks will be served, and lecturer Anja Simonsen will perform the traditional book potlatch!

We will be joined by Hans Lucht, senior researcher at DIIS, who will read from his poetry collection, ’Feltarbejde’ (2022).
Lucht's poems revolve around ethnographic fieldwork among African migrants in Ghana, Niger, Libya and Italy. They explore rootlessness and alienation as a result of prolonged journeys, contrasting 'ordinary' Danish family life with Europe’s borderlands.
